Big Explanatory Dictionary of Russian Language (BEDRL) is universal manual of modern Russian language. Basically in most features it is based on traditions of national academic lexicography.
Thus BEDRL merges scientific approach with clear, self-evident form of explanation & interpretation.

BEDRL appeals to needs of vast majority of audience, including those deprived of philologic experience; it is sincerely devoted to anyone studying Russian culture and language.

The verbal database comes in the most current shape as of end of January 2020, and would be updated regularly.

BEDRL app features sufficiently high interactivity: besides traditional word (article) search & article-by-article content showcase, bookmarks system & chronological (history) representation of viewed articles, it includes placing any articles into Bookmarks, comment submission on any article (by any reason, from bug report to scientific clarification etc.).

On top of that, a 4-level inner navigation system was designed and implemented — levels of Bookmarks, History, Alphabetic Thesaurus, & inter article button links, bonding all sorts of related articles (synonyms, antonyms, similarities etc.)
